• All sessions are non-transferable.
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.
• Parent/teen sessions require parental consent and a signed media release if photos or recordings are used.
   

Our digital downloads (including toolkits, ebooks, and session materials) are for personal use only. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Physical kits and products are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated. We ship within the U.S. and will provide tracking information when available. Notta Drama Llama is not responsible for delays due to postal service issues.

You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
